Pittsburgh & Lake Erie class F-100

In 1891, the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie received eight ten-wheelers from the Pittsburgh Locomotive Works. They had cylinders of 18 by 24 inches and drivers of 51 inches. They were only used by the P&LE for eight years and sold to the Atlanta, Knoxville & Northern in 1899. Some years later when this railroad was merged into the Louisville & Nashville, they were still in service and after this, not much can be found about their later career.
